This restorative workshop combines Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra for deep physical release and profound relaxation.
Begin with slow, long-held floor postures to ease tension and calm the nervous system, then settle into guided meditation in Savasana — a state of conscious rest that supports healing and renewal.
Through a carefully guided blend of Kundalini Yoga, conscious breathwork, mantra, intentional movement, deep focus, and energetic expansion, you will be supported to release deeply rooted subconscious patterns and create space for renewal. This practice works beyond the thinking mind, allowing stored tension, emotional residue, and outdated beliefs to surface, clear, and reorganise.
This group journey weaves guided breath, sound healing, and kinesiology, with a focus on the Extraordinary Meridians - deeper pathways associated with adaptation, resilience, and long-term balance.
We’ll use breath to gently settle the nervous system, sound to support deep listening and integration, and kinesiology - with Erin Straker - to work with the body’s own intelligence - creating the conditions for clarity and renewal as we approach the new year energy.

In this 2.5hour immersive workshop, we’ll dive deeply into the feet, your balance and strength, and give clarity and guidance to how you can truly build a strong and adaptive foundation. Through challenges,
education, assessments and play, you’ll experience the fundamentals for strengthening your
feet, paired with a unique and diverse approach to balance and proprioceptive training.

Fly High Yoga is a playful, strength-building practice using a supportive suspended belt to explore movement, stability, and release in a whole new way. Working just above the ground, you’ll move through flowing sequences, supported inversions, and deep stretches with the security of the belt.

Mamas & Minis – Yoga & Pilates
Wednesdays | 11:00–11:45am
A soft, strengthening blend of yoga and Pilates to support your body while honouring the rhythm of motherhood. Move, breathe, pause, cuddle, feed your mini is welcome in it all.
Children up to 10 can come along for free.
No extra supervision will be present, so keep your mini close.
Children are welcome to participate or just be in the space while mama moves.

The Soundshower combines chimes, tibetan bowls, flutes and vocal harmonics. During a session you will be invited to lie down and immerse in vibrations created by these special instruments. Throughout the “Shower” different instruments are carried around the room and sometimes placed physically on the body. Flutes and voice are used to create a magical musical journey and overtones charge the brain and energize the body. Being exposed to these healing frequencies enhances a physical, mental and emotional calibration to the human body and energy field . Pure frequencies shift and release stagnant energy and tension accumulated in the body.
