New science around the powerful impacts of dancing are taking the world by storm!
In a recent study at the University of Sydney, researchers found dancing helps improve cognitive function and psychological health, in some instances more effectively than gym workouts and sports. In this investigation it was discovered that dancing and social dancing can be a powerful treatment for ageing and improving a wide range of psychological and cognitive outcomes like emotional well-being, depression, motivation, social cognition, and some aspects of memory... just to name a few!
If all of that has failed to convince you, maybe the freedom to move, judgement-free, with a bit of help from our friends ABBA and Brittney Spears might! Either way, the intention here is solely good times, and fitness that feels like fun.
