This thoughtfully curated event invites you to enjoy a calming vinyasa yoga flow followed by a social glass of wine, set in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're experienced in yoga or simply coming for the cause, this afternoon is about slowing down, supporting something meaningful, and coming together as a community.

This gathering is held in support of Nissiah Kirkaldy from Go Vita, and Sol Collective Yogi. Niss is participating in this year’s Stars of Coffs initiative. Nissiah and Emily will be stepping onto the stage together on June 28th to dance for cancer, and striving to raise as much money along the way. Read more about her mission here.
