Jenna Grunsell

I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2007 for the physical benefits I thought I would gain. As I deepened my practice - it carried me through some of the hardest chapters of life so far. The healing I found through yoga sparked within me the desire to learn everything I can about it. It has led me to some of the greatest experiences of my life and now I find so much joy in sharing these profound yet simple life philosophies. I love creating dynamic, strengthening flows and holding space for deep release and restoration. I believe a true balance of yang and yin is necessary to carry us through the waves of life. And ultimately guiding you back to your essence of peace is always my goal. I started my training in yoga to deepen my understanding of this practice for myself and have found that the more I learn - the more I want to know. I love working in the 1:1 space with clients, with sound & energy and sharing trainings on yoga and how we can use it to live more freely off the mat, and free ourselves of the burdens of the mind.

Kara Neel

I attended my first Yoga class about 28 years ago. I can no longer remember much about the actual class - only that it was difficult, confusing, powerful, and mysterious! - but from that dayforward, I was completely hooked.

Since that time I have trained in many styles of yoga, and my classes reflect this. My offering to students is a creative flow of all the beautiful teachings I have learned along the way, and continue to receive, from my many teachers. I have a personal passion for yoga mythology as represented in the asana postures, and the powerful effect that can be found in literally embodying the shapes of the deities and the qualities they archetypically represent.

My longstanding relationship with all of the tools of Yoga has had a profound effect on my life. In some ways, it seems to me that from my first class, Yoga has slowly but surely shaped the course of my life - connecting me more and more deeply to the truth within me and allowing me to move through life in a way that feels increasingly more authentic and joyous. I feel deeply honoured and privileged to have the opportunity to help sow the seeds of growth and transformation that Yoga offers.

Ella-Rose Kosick

Forever a student, I am fascinated by how the body moves, heals, and adapts- and I love how yoga invites us to explore this through mindful practices. My teaching is grounded in my dedicated practice of Ashtanga yoga, along with my work as an exercise physiologist and Pilates teacher. I’m also a passionate educator, and I find deep joy in facilitating learning and creating spaces for connection- through leading teacher trainings, mentoring, workshops, and retreats.

I’d describe my classes as cultivating calm strength. I gently weave anatomy and movement knowledge into the flow, to support people to move in ways that feel empowering, accessible and safe. By building trust and strong foundations, there’s plenty of space for curiosity - and a little playfulness too.

Dylon Galea

I completed my yoga teacher training in Mexico and have been teaching around the world for over five years. For me, yoga is where strength and softness meet a place to challenge the body, move with purpose, and reset the mind. It’s how I anchor myself each day so I can move through life with clarity and intention.

My classes are built on presence and practicality. I create space for people to tune into their bodies, face their edges, and move with awareness no pressure, no ego, just honest exploration.

Alongside yoga, I work as a breathwork facilitator and psychotherapist. My approach blends movement, breath, and grounded mental health work to support real change. Whether someone comes to build resilience, regulate their nervous system, or find direction they’re welcome in the space I hold.

Jenny Pryce

Jen's journey with yoga began in her 50s, during a time of profound personal transformation. Navigating menopause, the end of a long-term marriage, and thyroid disease, she turned to yoga as a way to regulate her nervous system and find inner stability. What started as a personal refuge soon became the path to deeper healing.

Initially drawn to teacher training to support her own practice, Jen has been teaching yin yoga since 2020. Her classes offer a calm, supportive space where students are invited to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves. With a trauma-informed approach, Jen integrates somatic awareness and gentle, long-held poses to help release tension stored in the fascia and support nervous system regulation.

Grounded in the belief that the body carries its own innate wisdom, Jen honours the quiet power of yin yoga to create space—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Tilly Murdoch

I grew up in Sawtell and began traveling once I left school, working on yachts and teaching English along the way. However, I decided to move back home 3 years ago to be closer to my family and to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings, as I believe we live in such a magical place in the world. I am passionate about nature, surfing, and connecting with my friends and family. Teaching yoga is my way of helping others cultivate gratitude for the life around them. I obtained my yoga teaching certification in 2019 and have cherished the experience of teaching while traveling overseas. Now, I'm excited to jump back into teaching and create a beautiful community where everyone can share a safe and special space to grow together.

Julie Price

I began my yoga journey over two decades ago during a stressful period in my life.

Initially, my intention was simply to find relief from tension, but as I continued, yoga quickly transformed into a deep and life-changing experience. The practice opened my eyes to the incredible power of movement and breath, and before long, yoga became an essential part of my daily routine.

Over time, my approach to yoga evolved. What started as a focus on physical postures soon grew into a more holistic practice. Mindfulness, meditation, and self- awareness became central to my routine. Through yoga, I learned to listen closely to my body and, in doing so, cultivated a sense of inner peace and resilience that I now

carry with me into everyday life.

To complement my yoga practice, I spend time in nature: bushwalking, running, swimming, and mountain biking. These pursuits further enrich my wellbeing and connection to the world around me.

I believe that yoga and Pilates should be available to all, no matter their age, ability, or background. In every class—vinyasa, flow, yin, or Pilates—I aim to guide students toward reconnecting with their bodies and breath in a supportive space. My approach blends strength and softness, rooted in the idea that movement is healing and everyone has their own unique path.

I love weaving different components of breath, movement, meditation, relaxation, working with the different elements and chakras.
