MEMBERSHIPS
Direct Debit Membership agreements are for a minimum of 6 months.
Memberships are paid monthly in advance for the following 1 month of practice.
Direct Debit Membership suspensions are only accepted with a 2-week notice and can only be held for one month.
You are allowed 1 suspension of 4 weeks per 6-month contract or that can be divided into a maximum of four separate suspensions over the course of one 6-month contract period.
The membership costs exclude special events, workshops, and retreats.
Passes and memberships cannot be shared or transferred to another person. Anyone found to be sharing their pass or membership will be denied entry and have their pass or membership cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, The Sol Collective reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs.
The Sol Collective is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
After the 6 minimum monthly payments, memberships may be cancelled by you, in writing by email, to hello@thesolcollective.co. We require at least 7 business days notice for cancellations and a cancellation fee of $150.
By using the Glofox app - you have the ability to manage your bookings yourself. If you can no longer make your booked class - please cancel your booking. You can do this up until the start time. Failing to cancel within the 1 hour start time of your class may incur a $10 no show fee.
If you are placed on a waitlist - it is your responsibility to check if you have been added into the desired class. The app will show if you are booked on the desired class time page.
Intro Offer $33 - 7 Days unlimited from date of purchase.(new clients only, one per client)
Intro Month $99 - one month unlimited yoga & pilates (new clients only, one per client)
5 class pass - $95 expires 1 month from date of purchase
10 class pass - $180 expires 2 months after date of purchase
20 class pass - $320 expires 4 months after date of purchase
We Accept Fitness Passport!
To join us using your fitness passport membership, follow the below steps.
Register your account and accept the waivers
Please forward your active membership card - a scan or photo is perfectly fine to hello@thesolcollective.co (We will use this for your photo for your Sol Collective Yoga Membership and have it on record.)
We will then add our FP membership to your account and you can start attending classes - we will notify you when this has been processed. All of our classes are included except special events, workshops, and our aerial yoga classes, which you can attend by purchasing a separate pass. Fitness Passport Policy also only allows you to attend 1x class within a 2 hour window, if you decided to take two classes within 2 hours of each other, you will need to pay separately for one, otherwise your account will be charged for your second visit.
You will then be able to attend all of our yoga classes (excluding aerial) on our timetable you will just need to bring along their fitness passport to each class and show the teacher.
