We have some shala guidelines to be respected in order to keep our space a smoothly run, safe space for all. The Sol Collective Terms & Conditions
By purchasing our goods and services, and attending our workshops, courses, events and classes you agree to our terms and conditions as listed below.
When becoming an active member of TSC you may be asked for personal information about yourself, it is your responsibility to keep this information up to date and accurate. This can include name, DOB, medical records, contact details etc.
STUDIO
At The Sol Collective (TSC), we ask that you are mindful and compassionate to everyone in the studio. Noise should be kept to a minimum, phones and shoes are off, personal belongings respected and meditation or quiet time adhered to. Please leave all belongings that are unnecessary for practice in the shelves provided to create a safe, uncluttered space for teachers and students to move freely.
The Sol Collective requires a waiver agreement to be signed & dated via Glofox or in person declaring you are fit for our yoga classes and acknowledge that your body and your injuries are your responsibility. Please be mindful of your body during class and refrain from any movement that causes pain.
Please aim to arrive to class 5 mins before the start time, earlier if it is your first time. Doors will be locked at the start time of the class and we reserve the right to refuse entry after the scheduled time without issuing a refund.
Please check in when you arrive to class, even if you have been before, ensure the teacher knows you have arrived and inform them of any current injuries or implications.
Bookings via glofox are preferred, you can easily download the app and create an account and you are ready to purchase and book! Here you will see our most up to date schedule and any changes to the regular timetable will be shown here.
We require payment PRIOR to attending class at sol. Either online or in person via cash or card.
All sales are final - class purchases, packs and memberships and all other services and gift cards all have an expiry and are non transferrable and non refundable, so please be certain when completing purchase.
The Sol Collective reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class or event at any given time and we will always inform you at the earliest time possible. Some things in life cannot be helped but we try to not have this a common occurrence. There will be no refunds or transfers in these extreme unforeseen circumstances. With special consideration by Jenna Grunsell, there may be special circumstances where you can transfer your purchase to someone else.
NO SHOWS - Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel your booking an hour before the start time. Failure to do so and not attending will result in a $10 cancellation fee. This is to ensure our teachers time is respected, and that all students willing and able to attend have the opportunity to do so.
For events and workshops, you may resell your ticket in advanced if you can no longer attend, this must be approved by Jenna and the new ticket holder details shared.
Our Instructors are here to support and assist you in finding variations for you. Please make the instructor aware of any injuries or concerns you have at the beginning of your session.
Please make instructors aware if you are pre or post natal and be cleared from your medical professional prior to attending a class.
The Sol Collective, their instructors, facilitators or practitioners are not liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by students, directly or indirectly arising from the acts or omissions of the Sol Collective Studio or their facillitators.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are final, this is inclusive of any class, membership, retail, workshop, event, and/or retreat purchase(s). If for any reason you cannot attend, there are special circumstances where you might be able to transfer your ticket into someone else's name. This will be determined by Jenna Grunsell.
We have the right to cancel, change, and postpone any event, retreat, training, class, or any other service. On this basis no refunds or transfers will be offered. We do our best to give notice of any changes, but unforeseen circumstances can arise. i.e. natural disasters, terrorist activity, and/or any other circumstance where traveling could be delayed or considered dangerous.
All class packages, retail items, retreats, memberships, and service purchases are non-transferable, unless otherwise stated or determined by the owner or manager of The Sol Collective.
We occasionally offer sales and special offer rates and we reserve the right to change and amend these prices at any time and sale prices are only valid during the sales period.
If booking classes you must first reference our waiver, liability, and terms and conditions which you can do via the glofox app.
