Deepening Stillness - Yin & Yoga Nidra Immersion

Immerse in stillness and deep conscious rest with Julie Price for a very special cause.

This workshop offers a powerful, restorative practice that deeply relaxes the body and induces profound relaxation.

Part 1, Yin - Slow, long held floor postures targeting connective tissue (fascia, ligaments) to release physical tension and cultivate stillness. 

Part 2, Yoga Nidra - Guided meditation whilst lying in Savasana, taking you to a state of conscious sleep - a deep healing and transformative rest.

All profits from the event will be donated to Warrina Domestic and Family Violence Specialist Services.

This special service empowers and supports women and children to live free from violence and abuse.

They provide safe, voluntary services for those who have experienced domestic and family violence - offering advocacy, practical support, and pathways toward healing, stability, and independence.

Accepting donations between $30-50.

What to Bring:

A Yoga Mat (we have a few spares)

Bolster - if you have one

Cushion (optional but recommended for behind the head)

A light blanket/shawl to cover the body in Savasana

Journal & pen to record your Sankalpa (intention)

Comfortable clothing for gentle movement.

A gentle reset while supporting our local community.
