Feet and Balance for Yogis
How good is your balance - really?
Many of us have trained the single leg stance and built stability in challenging postures, this is great! Now what happens when we close our eyes? Turn our head side to side? Or add in some dynamic and coordinative tasks?
How strong are your feet - really?
We may walk barefoot at home or down to the beach, yet what other natural terrain do our feet
get exposed to? How well do they tolerate load and pressure outside of a shoe, or change their shape to efficiently absorb force and propel us forward?
Restore your Foundation
In this 2.5hour immersive workshop, we’ll dive deeply into these concepts, and give clarity and guidance to how you can truly build a strong and adaptive foundation.
