Join us for an evening of movement, breath, myth, and meaning that weaves the path of Kundalini Yoga with the ancient art of oral storytelling.
We will arrive and gather in community to meet each other right where we’re at. After the space is opened with ceremony, Kundalini Yoga teacher Teg will guide you through a practice of breath, movement, and mantra to clean out deeply rooted patterns of the subconscious and leave you in a shimmering state of deep relaxation and receptivity.
After emptying your vessel you will be perfectly prepared to receive the medicine of story. Get cosy and settle in while master storyteller Nathan Meola takes you on a journey back in time and far, far away through the twists and turns of an ancient story, classic fairytale, or meaningful myth.
After the story we will open up the space for a brief discussion of the themes and images that were revealed throughout the evening before closing the evening.
You are invited to come as you are.
