Jenna Grunsell

I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2007 for the physical benefits I thought I would gain. As I deepened my practice - it carried me through some of the hardest chapters of life so far. The healing I found through yoga sparked within me the desire to learn everything I can about it. It has led me to some of the greatest experiences of my life and now I find so much joy in sharing these profound yet simple life philosophies. I love creating dynamic, strengthening flows and holding space for deep release and restoration. I believe a true balance of yang and yin is necessary to carry us through the waves of life. And ultimately guiding you back to your essence of peace is always my goal. I started my training in yoga to deepen my understanding of this practice for myself and have found that the more I learn - the more I want to know. I love working in the 1:1 space with clients, with sound & energy and sharing trainings on yoga and how we can use it to live more freely off the mat, and free ourselves of the burdens of the mind.

Kara Neel

I attended my first Yoga class about 28 years ago. I can no longer remember much about the actual class - only that it was difficult, confusing, powerful, and mysterious! - but from that dayforward, I was completely hooked.

Since that time I have trained in many styles of yoga, and my classes reflect this. My offering to students is a creative flow of all the beautiful teachings I have learned along the way, and continue to receive, from my many teachers. I have a personal passion for yoga mythology as represented in the asana postures, and the powerful effect that can be found in literally embodying the shapes of the deities and the qualities they archetypically represent.

My longstanding relationship with all of the tools of Yoga has had a profound effect on my life. In some ways, it seems to me that from my first class, Yoga has slowly but surely shaped the course of my life - connecting me more and more deeply to the truth within me and allowing me to move through life in a way that feels increasingly more authentic and joyous. I feel deeply honoured and privileged to have the opportunity to help sow the seeds of growth and transformation that Yoga offers.

Since I started my teaching journey in 2012 my passion has become facilitating space for participants to become grounded in breath and body. This allows us to become present to this moment, now, the place where life happens. Life can be really busy and our mats are an incredible opportunity for us to create some space and time to restore either through meditational movement in a vinyasa class or deep release through restorative yin.

Yoga for me has been so much more than creating shapes on my mat but a way of living, breathing and moving through life. It has allowed me to meet myself as I am, with compassion and acceptance which has lead to some profound and healing lessons. My aim is to create an environment of awareness and inclusivity, where students are invited to rest when needed and challenge themselves when available. By learning how to be more present and authentic with ourselves and our bodies we are empowered to become the compass to our own healing and nourishment.

Forever a student, I am fascinated by how the body moves, heals, and adapts- and I love how yoga invites us to explore this through mindful practices. My teaching is grounded in my dedicated practice of Ashtanga yoga, along with my work as an exercise physiologist and Pilates teacher. I’m also a passionate educator, and I find deep joy in facilitating learning and creating spaces for connection- through leading teacher trainings, mentoring, workshops, and retreats.

I’d describe my classes as cultivating calm strength. I gently weave anatomy and movement knowledge into the flow, to support people to move in ways that feel empowering, accessible and safe. By building trust and strong foundations, there’s plenty of space for curiosity - and a little playfulness too.

Dylon Galea

I completed my yoga teacher training in Mexico and have been teaching around the world for over five years. For me, yoga is where strength and softness meet a place to challenge the body, move with purpose, and reset the mind. It’s how I anchor myself each day so I can move through life with clarity and intention.

My classes are built on presence and practicality. I create space for people to tune into their bodies, face their edges, and move with awareness no pressure, no ego, just honest exploration.

Alongside yoga, I work as a breathwork facilitator and psychotherapist. My approach blends movement, breath, and grounded mental health work to support real change. Whether someone comes to build resilience, regulate their nervous system, or find direction they’re welcome in the space I hold.

Jenny Pryce

Jen's journey with yoga began in her 50s, during a time of profound personal transformation. Navigating menopause, the end of a long-term marriage, and thyroid disease, she turned to yoga as a way to regulate her nervous system and find inner stability. What started as a personal refuge soon became the path to deeper healing.

Initially drawn to teacher training to support her own practice, Jen has been teaching yin yoga since 2020. Her classes offer a calm, supportive space where students are invited to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves. With a trauma-informed approach, Jen integrates somatic awareness and gentle, long-held poses to help release tension stored in the fascia and support nervous system regulation.

Grounded in the belief that the body carries its own innate wisdom, Jen honours the quiet power of yin yoga to create space—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

I grew up in Sawtell and began traveling once I left school, working on yachts and teaching English along the way. However, I decided to move back home 3 years ago to be closer to my family and to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings, as I believe we live in such a magical place in the world. I am passionate about nature, surfing, and connecting with my friends and family. Teaching yoga is my way of helping others cultivate gratitude for the life around them. I obtained my yoga teaching certification in 2019 and have cherished the experience of teaching while traveling overseas. Now, I'm excited to jump back into teaching and create a beautiful community where everyone can share a safe and special space to grow together.

Shay Roxby

Yoga has always been a therapeutic practice for me, a way to reconnect back in with myself. My journey began with meditation at an early age, leading to my first yoga retreat at fourteen in the Blue Mountains.

As a practicing social worker, I often reflect on how our society would benefit from more Eastern practices - more time for stillness, spiritual/self exploration, and connection to our bodies. We all have an innate wisdom within us, often overshadowed by external factors. In my own yoga practice, I notice when I slow down my body and quieten my mind - I reconnect with this wisdom. I turn inwards instead of outwards for guidance. I remember my own power and internal compass. This feeling led me to complete my yoga teacher training in 2022.

With a deep love for stillness, Yin has become my go-to practice and main style to teach. During my classes, I hope to offer this same remembrance for you. The remembrance that we do not need to 'strive for', change or alter anything about ourselves. We simply need to return back to our truest form of self, before we were taught to be anything else.

I started my Pilates journey nearly 5 years ago now and never looked back since. Ever since attending my first class, I was hooked. Participating in a workout with no competition, judgement or expectation. Just being able to show up, put in everything YOU can and then walk out feeling absolutely amazing? Um?! yes please .

After a short time it drastically improved my posture, improved my mental health and I could physically feel myself getting stronger! 3 years in, it was clear to me that this was something I needed to delve into further. I of course enrolled when my studio mentioned they would be conducting an instructor training program.

As confidence had never been my strong suit, public speaking (in my mind) was never an option. I enrolled with the intention to understand more about posture and the way the body moves to deepen my own practice. Needless to say, after a while the public speaking wasn’t so scary anymore and I realised the benefits of instructing far outweighed the ~pre-teaching nerves~

Being able to make someone feel stronger, happier, healthier and more confident all through your job WHILE having to time of your life and being able to create genuine connection within the community? I realised this was my calling and have been growing my knowledge and love for Pilates ever since.

Janet Allen

I have always prioritised regular purposeful movement and enjoyed different fitness regimes, depending on my goals and evolving interests. PIlates is something I have always been drawn back to, and over the years found myself daydreaming about becoming an instructor to share that positive movement force with others. It was a major part of my postpartum recovery and overall strength journey.

Although new to the Pilates instructor scene, I'm passionate about creating a welcoming environment, and focusing on the power of meaningful movement in each Pilates session. I prioritise alignment, positioning and of course enjoyment during each session. My aim is to keep everyone safe whilst incorporating a total body workout that optimises muscle engagement, strengthening, lengthening & mind/body awareness.

I'm a Mother, Wife, Registered Nurse and Mat Pilates instructor.

My favourite way to start the day is by the ocean, coffee in hand, chasing around my toddler daughter and baby boy.

Tullia Miteff

I started practicing yoga here in Coffs and it’s taken me on a wild ride which matches my curious, adventurous, free & mysterious nature. I met my beloved at kundalini yoga training in the Northern Rivers and we ended up comitting to 7 life times together in Varanasi when we travelled to India. Hence why I have a strong passion and connection to sharing Kundalini yoga.

I love weaving different components of breath, movement, meditation, relaxation, working with the different elements and chakras. I love exploring different ways to move the body & either shake up the energy or totally calm it down and strengthen the nervous system. I especially love dropping into the body to connect with the insights, wisdom and knowledge it carries.
