Reiki is the exploration of universal energy that has been used all over the world to heal and understand the self and others more deeply. This course has been requested many times over the years and it is finally here, Tara, your course lead believes Reiki Healing can be a powerful place to begin exploring energy more deeply but the journey only begins here. This course will give you the opportunity to understand and begin practicing through the first attunement which focuses mostly on your own unique energy field however this course will cover many additional realms including: confidence, professional and business aspects, and how to take what you learn here into the world with you and even eventually into a purpose-driven career or offering that you love.
Level 2 Reiki (March 9 & 10th 2024) takes what you learn in level 1 to the level of working with others and from a distance from anywhere in the world. Level 2 also explores manifestation and clearing deep-rooted habits.
In this course you will learn:
How to understand your own intuition and use it through practices Tara has developed
Explore your own chakras and how to read, balance, and cleanse your own energy
Learn modules in protection and grounding
Explore meditation, self-care techniques, and alternative modalities that will guide you through this process

This course will be in-person at The Sol Collective Yoga Studio led by Tara Barchalk, Usui Reiki Master with 6 years of study and training in this healing modality. Tara has shared her energetic offerings around the world in many countries and loves sharing these tools and practices. What you will gain from this course will be years of personal experience, practice, real-world applications, and an honest and truthful approach to working with energy. Tara is looking forward to sharing with you, her experiences and expertise as well as what she has learned as an energy healer, which expands beyond the framework or Reiki Healing.
