Mum & Baby Yoga & Baby Massage

Mum & Baby Yoga + Massage is a fun and interactive experience for both you and your baby. We include stretches and poses for baby, yoga poses and exercises for mum to practice with her baby and while baby rests, breathing and relaxation techniques for mum, a beautiful, easy to follow massage sequence for mum to practice with her baby, and we include nursery rhymes and songs for language development. In a Mum & Baby Yoga + Massage class, babies' sense of balance and body awareness is stimulated through yoga inspired poses and movements.

Baby Massage

Classes will include an easy-to-follow massage sequence, all techniques taught offer a special, nurturing experience for both you and your baby, they offer a unique way for you to both bond and connect through positive touch. It gives you tools and techniques to use at home anytime of the day or night. It also allows you to really tune into your baby and completely give them all your love and attention.

What can you expect at your class?

  • Classes are baby led and relaxed: if baby needs a cuddle or feed this is absolutely fine!

  • Meet local parents in a supportive nurturing environment.

  • Learn skills for life and techniques and poses you can do at home with your baby.

Our classes provide an opportunity for you to create precious one on one time with your baby. Creating special memories for you both learning movements you can practice at home when all your babies’ needs are met.

Places are limited so it's not too overwhelming for the babies. Mum's and bub's must have had their 6–8-week check and be cleared by their GP. The classes are booked as a 4 week progressive series adding onto what we cover in previous weeks.
