This workshop was created with a deep intention for all beings to have access to this incredible astrological information, as a soul-compass to bring energetic themes to life that many of us have struggled with on a deep foundational level (in different personal ways). This day is a sacred re-connection to the most authentic version of yourself, allowing you to move from a place of grounded self-worth, acceptance & knowing.
Coming out of this workshop, you will feel an inherent reconnection to your souls gifts. Through working with the Planets, this is an opportunity to assess & transform your relationship to our emotional body, subconscious self, self-worth, value & our shadows. Through this exploration we learn that there is a higher (spirit / higher mind & self) & lower (shadow, fearful mind & pain-body) vibrational manifestation of the archetypal energies of the zodiac & the planets & that the unfolding of your life is a delicate dance between the cosmos / universe & free will.
With embodiment practices that incorporate Classical Hatha & Tantric Yoga lineages, circle work & deep journaling prompts to help you to reconnect with your deepest self, we take a deep dive into the embodiment of the cosmos, not staying on the conceptual plane only. A deep return to self.
