I am thrilled to invite you to this transformational ceremony where we will be weaving a potent synergy of movement, sound, breath and cacao to connect with ourselves, one another and mother earth on a deeper level.
I am called to offer this day to connect to the energy of the full moon, an energetically powerful time of the lunar cycle to amplify intentions and healing. Harnessing the moon energy will help us keep connected to the light, rooted to the earth, and aligned with our highest and truest self. There is a major shift happening on this planet and it is important to keep our vibration lifted and hold the light. When people unite, that’s when they are at their most powerful.
We start the ceremony by connecting to our intentions and opening our hearts as we commune with the Cacao Spirit. A sacred elixir that has been used by indigenous tribes in South American for centuries to connect to the heart and the earth.We will be drinking ceremonial grade cacao from Peru, which is revered as a heart-opening plant master. This will set the tone of the day so we can to feel deeply and to embrace whatever light is shined upon.
We will be guided through an ecstatic breathwork journey to open ourselves to connect with our higher selves, letting go of the mind and coming into the body. Breathwork activates our third eye, opens our heart and through this we move emotions, release trauma carried in our cells, upgrade our beliefs, unleash creativity, open to give and receive more love, feel pure bliss, improve relationships and connect with the divine. It is a mindfulness practice as well as a shamanic journey. The cacao and breath combined offer a potent portal for rapid transformation and deep connection.
We then move into receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, bringing space to cultivate relaxation, presence and to integrate these high vibrational states before floating on out. The bowls frequencies permeate at a cellular level providing many benefits such as deep relaxation, improved circulation, increased blood flow, reduced: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, pain and more. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra to clear energy channels for full body healing.
