Breath, Sound & Kinesiology - Working with the Meridians

This special journey brings together guided breathwork, sound healing, and kinesiology to support deep regulation and restoration through the Extraordinary (Uncommon) Meridians - subtle energetic pathways associated with integration, resilience, and ground-up healing. This beautiful weaving of kinesiology & sound gives you an even more individualised experience.

The session begins with a gentle, guided breath practice designed to settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the body. Breath is used as an anchor - helping the body feel safe, present, and receptive.

From here, you will receive the healing vibrations of sound, where carefully chosen frequencies and vibrations support healing & harmony. Sound works beyond the thinking mind, helping the body release held tension and recalibrate at a subtle level, to bring the body back to homeostasis.

Throughout the session, a qualified kinesiologist, Erin Straker, will offer balances on the Extraordinary Meridians. These meridians are often understood as deeper energetic reservoirs that support how we adapt to stress, integrate life experiences, and restore harmony when the system has been under pressure.

The work is non-invasive and responsive, guided by the body’s own intelligence rather than force or correction. Each person’s experience is unique, and there is no need to “do” anything other than rest and receive.

This event is intentionally timed in the lead-up to the Chinese New Year, a period traditionally associated with clearing, completion, and preparing the system for a new cycle. Working with the Extraordinary Meridians at this time supports letting go of accumulated patterns and creating space for renewal, intention, and forward movement.

What to Expect

You will be lying down comfortably for most of the session

Breath practices are gentle and accessible

Touch used in kinesiology is respectful and optional

You’re encouraged to move, rest, or adjust as needed


This is an invitation to slow down, listen beneath the surface, and allow your system to recalibrate, in a safe space, supported by breath, guided by sound, and informed by the body’s deeper pathways.
