Fly High Yoga is a playful, strength-building practice using a supportive suspended belt to explore movement, stability, and release in a whole new way. Working just above the ground, you’ll move through flowing, strengthening sequences, supported inversions, and deep stretches with the security of the belt.
Benefits include improved core strength, spinal decompression, increased flexibility, enhanced balance, and a powerful boost in energy & inner fire.
It’s both grounding and uplifting - helping you build strength while learning to trust your body and create space.

Pregnant women
People with uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
Those with recent surgery (especially abdominal, spinal, shoulder, or hip)
Anyone with acute neck, spinal, or disc injuries
People with glaucoma or serious eye conditions
Those with severe vertigo or inner ear disorders
Individuals with unmanaged heart conditions
Anyone with hernias
People experiencing chronic pain flare-ups or acute inflammation
