Yoga to boost your productivity

Yoga for productivity

This year has brought many necessary changes. People have had to rethink how they work, communicate with others, and practice daily life. This session will focus on how to make healthy & easy-to-implement changes to increase the quality of your work life. Whether your work has you on your feet all day or sitting at a desk for hours, this workshop will provide you with valuable tools to relieve physical and mental stress.

What we will be doing:

  • Sharing Circle: We will start by creating a space where you can share what’s been some of your frustrations health wise throughout this year.

  • Breathing Techniques: Breathing is an automatic body reaction. However, breathing can also be used as a very powerful tool when speaking of productivity. We will go through some techniques to guide you into using it actively for your benefit.

  • Stretching Exercises: Stagnant energies are bad for your productivity. By doing simple, yet thought through, postures and stretches, you can swift these energies around making them flow. It will help you create and increase productivity, creativity & positivity.

  • Affirmations: You need to believe in yourself in order for other people to believe in you. This part will focus on ways to realise your own worth and live by it.

  • Optional - Riverside Picnic: After this session finishes, the Fluke & Fern team + Marijana will be having a lunch picnic by the river where you are more than happy to join. Bring a colourful lunch bag and share a smile!

  • Please bring your own yoga mat due to COVID restrictions.
