Experiencing Intentional Sound vibration is a way to help drop right into your body & all that is unfolding. It helps to counteract the busy, sensory overload that we’re exposed to daily such as through screens, noise pollution & our numerous daily physical & energetic interactions. Through these vibratory waves, we can ebb our way to a oneness within.
