In this workshop we will discover what Kundalini Yoga is and what it is NOT. I'm here to answer your questions to the best of my ability and we'll have a fun and light hearted time of it!
This workshop will be easy to digest for anyone trying Kundalini for the first time and also beneficial for people who enjoy Kundalini and want to deepen their practice.
Kundalini Yoga can be implemented into everyday life to increase physical strength, bring clarity, improve self esteem, assist in opening and awakening creativity and working with the energy channels in our body.
What is Kundalini?
Kundalini yoga is a practice that awakens the energy in the body and of your consciousness. It is a powerful and transformative practice that works on strengthening your nervous system, purifying the body and balancing your glandular system through specific movement, breath and meditation.

A breakdown of Kundalini Kriyas
Kundalini meditations
Kundalini Breathwork
the common misconceptions of Kundalini
Closing with a Kundalini practice with breathwork, a Kriya and a meditation.
