A four part series exploring each of our natural elements;

Water, Fire, Air & Earth. 

As we embody there is an emerging, a remembering. 

Embrace all that you are, dancing with the elements that move within and around us. Become subtle, learning how the energies move, feel and how this connection creates your experience. Become the creator of your experience. Connect to the natural rhythm within, allow frequencies of these elements to bring you healing, flow, inspiration, passion, release, nourishment, vitality and peace.

Together we will create a space in honour of the element at play for the day, bring something along to add to our altar. We'll move into practice initiated through breath and specific Pranayama in alignment with our element. Harnessing awareness within, a connection to our divine subtle wisdom, the fifth element Ether, the ethereal, intangible aspect of existence. We move with this awareness through a series of elementary based movements, intentionally flowing the body, your temple, embodying and integrating sensations. Becoming. Completing our practice with a Kundalini meditation that seals the energy and connects us deeper to our Shakti, our creative life force, the source of all creation. 

Become, all that you are, all that you came here to be. 

What to bring: Elementary piece to add to the altar. Examples; Water (shells, stones), Fire (candles, fire colours amongst nature, crystal), Air (feathers) & Earth (plants, flowers). A journal and pen. Suitable clothing for a yoga practice. A Yoga mat and any other props you wish.'
