We are Teg and Tullia, we teach Kundalini yoga and are passionate about sharing these sacred teachings that are a powerful tool to connect, heal and expand awareness.
We will be holding a powerful meditation circle infused with mantra, mudra and breath.
Practicing together amplifies the collective energy and potency of the powerful meditation.
In our experience, this meditation has helped bring more balance, clarity, positivity and creativity into life. It works on the subconscious on a cellular level which can rewire and change patterns in the brain.
The length of time we will be spending on this meditation will allow you to drop deep into the practice and amplify the effects. This will be an experience that will bring deep healing into the psyche.
Kirtan Kriya in an ancient meditation practiced by yogis in India for thousands of years. It is a simple and powerful meditation that bring balance to the brain and chakras and helps you consolidate and change habits. It helps decrease negative thoughts and emotions and increase positive ones.
Studies on this Meditation have shown that just 12 minutes a day of Kirtan Kriya meditation
improves blood flow to the brain
eases depression
decreases inflammatory genes while creating healthy one
reverses memory loss
More science has also shown that this meditation affects how our cells age.
This is a potent practice that helps fight brain fog, anxiety and depression.
There are bolsters and blocks provided by Sol Collective, but if you need more support you can bring a meditation seat or stool. We will be seated for extended amount of time so think about your own comfort! If you have injuries that prevent you from sitting on the floor you can bring a chair.
We will be practicing with eyes closed If you want to stay fully inward an eye mask may help.
Any shawls or blankets for relaxation at the end of the meditation.
